Q: When will my order arrive?
A: We try to ship out each order within 24 hours. Except for special requests, all in-stock orders will be shipped within two (2) business days. Rush shipping can usually be accommodated upon buyer's request. Please let us know if you have any special requirements. We're happy to help!
Q: Do you combine shipments?
A: We will do our best to combine orders placed on the same business day. If you'd like to combine shipments, please contact us immediately upon placing the order so that, where possible, we can make the proper adjustments. Once the invoice has been released, it may not be possible to combine shipments.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Final shipping costs will depend on the method of shipping selected. However, as a Website Grand Opening Special, if you mention our new web site when placing your order, we are offering free shipping on all purchases over $500, shipped within the United States by UPS Ground Service. Orders under $500, will have a flat charge added equaling 10% of the merchandise total.
Q: Will you ship internationally?
A: We are happy to ship internationally. Please check the web site or contact us to discuss shipping methods and rates.
Q: Which shipping services does Elliot Greene & Company use?
A: Our preferred shipping method is UPS Ground Service insured. We are happy to use 2-day or Overnight UPS service at the customer’s request. Shipping costs are included on the customer’s invoice. US Postal Service, DHL, and FedEx are also offered.
Q: How do I get on your mailing lists so I can see all the latest arrivals and get special offers?
A: All you have to do is ask! Just send us e-mail at info@egBeads.com and tell us that you want to be part of our mailing list. Please be sure to include your e-mail address, mailing address, fax and telephone number. Unless you request regular mail, we will add you to our e-mail or fax list.
Q: Does Elliot, Greene ever showcase customers creations or show unique ways artists and craftsman use your products?
A: Yes. We encourage you to show us your work or the work of your customers and have dedicated a special part of our website to displaying these creations. We are considering a monthly or quarterly contest to reward and celebrate the most creative or unique submissions from all categories. Please email pictures to info@egbeads.com.
Q: Where are your products imported from?
A: Elliot, Greene & Company proudly carries beads imported from many countries around the world as well as domestic sourced beads. We specialize in glass beads and crystals from the Czech Republic; we also import from over 12 other countries including China, Hong Kong, Japan, Germany, France, Austria, India and Greece.
